Options for half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) room hire are available with venue rooms ranging in size to suit a variety of groups. From small private courses to large corporate get togethers. Our room hire fees cover the essentials, providing well-equipped spaces ideal for productive meetings or gatherings, access to presentation equipment and a variety of seating arrangements.

From archery and problem-solving challenges to fencing and orienteering, participants engage in team-building exercises that foster camaraderie and cooperation. Activities are designed for groups of 12 participants, offering an ideal setting for collaborative learning and shared accomplishments. For larger gatherings, we provide exciting options such as extreme teams and ice breaker games, accommodating up to 36 participants. Cap off the day with memorable group moments around the campfire or dance the night away at our disco, accommodating up to 120 guests.

- Private room hire available for just £50 for 2 hours for a more intimate celebration. We are happy for you to bring your own cake and table decorations for your meal.

Children 8+ yrs may take part in activities. Please ensure that a responsible adult is present with each group of children under 18.

Holiday Club
Welcome to Whitemoor Lakes Holiday Club – a thrilling adventure awaits your children ages 8-14! Our holiday club sessions, priced at £35.00 per child, offer a day filled with excitement and camaraderie. The schedule begins with a convenient drop-off between 8.45am-9.30am, followed by a full day of engaging activities from 9.30am-4.30pm. Parents can rest easy as the day concludes with pick-up between 4.30pm-5.00pm.
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please ensure your child brings a spare change of clothes (excluding short shorts, crop tops, or revealing clothing), a towel, and spare shoes (no wellington boots, sandals, or crocs). We recommend also bringing along a waterproof coat and spare warm layers, even during warm weather days, as weather conditions can change rapidly.
Your child must also bring a nut-free packed lunch and water bottle, along with snacks or other treats as needed. Vending machines are available for light refreshments like crisps, bottled beverages, and chocolate bars; however, these should not be relied upon as the primary meal option. Water bottles can be conveniently refilled at various locations around our site.
